There are many different types of hot yoga however the common feature of all the practices is the heated environment. No matter if its called bikram, moksha or hot yoga, all of the forms are practiced in a room heated to between 90 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit.

The consistency of Moksha yoga studios is within the style of the studio. All Moksha yoga studios are developed with green building materials and focus on eco-conscious operating practices. The practice does not specify the types or sequence of poses, however all classes start and end in corpse pose. The classes are designed to increase strength and flexibility.
